The following terms and conditions apply when you make a reservation for accommodation with Vesterland Feriepark AS, for instance trough web, phone, e-mail, etc. 

When booking trough a travel agency or another third-part, these conditions does not apply.

Booking terms

Cancellation:
If nothing else is specifically agreed, cancellation is free until 24 hours before check-in time on the day your reservation starts. If you cancel after this, we will charge you for the rate of the first night.

No-show:
If the guests does not show up without notice, we will charge 100% of the amount of the whole reservation.

Payment:
Vesterland is a cash-free hotel. We accept payment with the following credit- or debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Union Pay, Diners. 
As a main rule, we will not charge your card before you check-in, unless this is specifically agreed upon, or a condition for access to a specific rate. However, we will verify your card details to confirm that they are real.

Check-in and check-out:

Check-in starts at 16.00. Check-out before 11.00.

Taxes and VAT:
All rates includes the applicable VAT-rate. Per 01.01.2023 this is 12% for accommodation and 25% for meals.

Force Majure:

Incidents which are out of Vesterland´s control, like fire, strike, government-implied restrictions etc., which makes it impossible to deliver the booked service, gives Vesterland Feriepark AS the right to cancel the reservation without being liable for any costs or responsibility.
